Roach City
November 11, 2024This place is infested with roaches. It was a struggle from day one. Our apartment was banged up and dirty when we arrived to move in, the sink overflow was full of sludge, and it smelt like something was rotting. If I was mopping or cleaning the floors and bumped a baseboard- roaches would scatter. I turned on the tub one time and they poured out the faucet. It’s a great location and beautiful- but it is dirty and a nightmare to deal with.Property Manager Responded

Totally Awesome
August 12, 2023Living here is well, it is living at a resort. Pools, hot tubs, beach 1 min. away. 2 restaurants, marina. I used to come to Little Harbor to watch the sunset when I lived in Apollo Beach, and always ask myself what it would be like to live here. Just like I thought. Best place to live on the east side of the Bay. Clearwater is 1:18 and Boca Grand is 1:25 hours away. That is a lot of beach to be nearby. The manager Christina is awesome. A hidden gem!
April 6, 2023I love living here! Yes, there is construction and there were some issues in the past with mail and deliveries, but since October, I have had no issues with anything! The maintenance team works quickly to resolve any issues that I've run into, the leasing office staff are always pleasant, and the apartment has had no issues. It's only a couple minutes' walk from a beach and two restaurants. I'd highly recommend for anyone looking for a more lowkey place to live near the beach!Review from Apartments.com
