    We moved in from out of state and Mikayla made the process incredibly easy with great communication and follow up videos. There was a unit mix up at move in, but Mikayla came in during a family emergency and, along with Yvette and Mira, quickly resolved everything. Professional and caring team.

  • Resort like living

    Beautiful property with excellent amenities. Very close to beaches and downtown St Pete. Love the Marina and restaurants within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Secure access to the building and assigned parking are also a plus. The apartments are very modern, light, and bright. Great kitchens with stainless appliances, granite countertops and plenty of storage. Love the large island for seating and prep. It’s a wonderful place to call home

  • Beautiful amenities

    I love to sit by the pool on Sundays or after a stressful day at work. The common amenities are to dream of. I love the in house gym, the yoga room, which I use 3 times a week. Location is great to ride our bikes to the beach.

    Marina Walk was THE BEST community I have stayed in so far! Yvette, Lauren, Erica, AJ and Bill were AMAZING! Not only is the community GORGEOUS - literally like living in a resort all year round but the staff are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make the residents feel at home. They are TRULY like FAMILY. We LOVED our stay and the friends we made and will MISS you all TERRIBLY! THANK YOU for the WONDERFUL memories! If we move back to FL again, we'll DEF give you a call!   • Beautiful property, great location. Beware gouging rent increases!

    The property is new and still going through growing pains. A few amenities and features still aren't complete from initial construction. You won't regret living here. One star off for the high-crime neighborhood and rent price. Rent is only a little below DTSP, but nowhere near the neighborhood amenities of downtown living. What you're going to like: the office staff is friendly and helpful. The views from the upper floors to the south and west are gorgeous, and you'll love the daily sunsets ...
    out your windows. It's pretty quiet here and you won't often hear your neighbors. Some great dining and shopping options in walking distance, including Publix, liquor, and a few decent restaurants. If you have a boat, Maximo is a two-minute walk. What you're not going to like: high-crime neighborhood. The parking garage is a constant source of property crime, vehicle break ins, and neighbors who don't know how to park or just hit 'n' run. Constantly stained carpets and uncurbed animal waste in the hallways (management has stepped up and it's gotten better). Trash smells wafting through the halls. Vigilante neighbors. It's a desirable property and St. Pete is a popular market, so expect large rent increases each year solely because they can.

  • Great place to call home

    What’s not to love? We’re in a beautiful apartment with a pool, hot tub, pet spa, game room and beautiful views from the 7th floor sky lounge. We only called maintenance once and they fixed the issue the following day. The staff is super friendly and fun. I hope we never have to find another place to live because this is paradise.
