I applied the same day and was told I would need to leave a $250 deposit to hold the apartment and not have them show it to anyone else while my application was processed. It has been 3 weeks now and no one will return my calls. I have called every number I can find associated with this building, including the property management company associated with them. No one will answer or call me back. This is a scam and I’m pretty ...

lots of noise from street and neighborhood elementary school
expensive laundry

This apartment family is a great safe community. Lots of children but not overpowering with noise. Many friendly faces inside without a fear of greeting one another.
