March 16, 2022I would strongly discourage anyone from considering Marine View Apartments. The units themselves aren't terrible (although we can hear our neighbors' conversations through the upstairs walls) but the management is nothing but a headache. We've had several maintenance issues that took weeks to address. We were also given false information when we first arrived - we were told that fridges came with all the units and then found out (when we arrived to move in) that this was not true.Review from Apartments.com

Marine View a Great place to live
October 4, 2021I lived at Marine View for over 8 years. I raised my 3 kids there. It is a safe clean and a great community to live whether you are single or have kids retirement or just starting out.I never had to worry about it not being safe . They have security that patrols at night. Maintenance 24/7. And the management has always made me feel comfortable. Offering coffee and water to all residents. I felt they have an open door for any of my questions not ever making me feel uncomfortable. Laundry ...facilities.
