Incompetent Staff
August 9, 2024I applied. Got accepted. Then, signed a 3 month lease (5-31-24 through 8-30-24). I had told them that I did not plan on renewing my lease and made it clear that I would be moving out at the end of the leasing period. At no point in this process did they offer me the ability to sign the document that would legitimize that I move out at the end of the leasing process. Instead, they waited until the last month of my lease to call and say that I have to pay an extra month of rent when I leave at the ...end of this month. Completely uncourteous and unprofessional move on their part. Find anywhere else to live.Property Manager Responded

TERRIBLE PROPERTY!! Run!!
April 23, 2024Rodents Roaches Mold Constant violence, gun, and police activity. You have to pay go park near your home otherwise it's first come first serve. The maintenance is a joke
May 7, 2020When something stops working at your apartment it takes weeks for anyone to come out . Hope and pray that it’s not Wayne, the older strange guy. He says he has many years experience but he can never figure out how to fix something. If he can it takes him many hours. This last time I wasn’t even going to let him in when I saw it wasn’t Carl or Lisa but he said he’d have it fixed in Minutes. Boy - was he wrong. Over an hour later and leaving twice - he had no idea how he could get an electrical ...outlet to work. So he just stood in my kitchen looking at everything I have in the kitchen and dining room. Just a very odd old man ( the way someone does when they’re thinking of robbing you). This guy is really a weird one. After an hour and standing there look looking at my belongings with no intention of fixing anything I told him, well if you can’t fix anything then you should go. He called his supervisor and acted like I was kicking him out and acted like he was about to cry ( sarcastically) on the phone and left. No one called or came by since. No apologies- nothin. And this happened yesterday 1pm he left. He told me no one else could do electrical in maintenance and he had no idea who worked on the wiring. It’s the same guys that are in the white vans everywhere in complex fixing things. I told him my appliances worked - it was just 4 outlets. He opened up my fridge looking inside. When I said - I told you that was working & why look in there - he got upset with me . He didn’t seem to know where any wires ran to and Kept looking at the electrical box. I’ve been without outlets in the kitchen , hallway, and dining room for 3 months now. Maintenance doesn’t care at all! Good luck getting anything to work! When I moved here I had no working washer/drier for 2 months. You have to send many requests over and over and they act like they hate their job and hate the tenants. I’m so sick of living here. Stay away - this is a horrible place to live. If I mentioned everything that’s bad here it would take me several days to write. Live anywhere but here - you’ve been warned .Property Manager Responded
