Onsite laundry facility. Safe, secure, quiet building. We have both on-street and off-street parking. Our apartments have been remodeled with new/newer appliances, carpets, vinyl, fixtures, paint, etc... Owner pays utilities - gas, water, electric, garbage, sewer, heat. Tenant pays cable and telephone (both optional). We have a professional base of residents, thus, we are not into drama.
