September 3, 2025shouldn't have to follow up on my service repair. The repair is not complete. Ive had a whole in my ceiling for weeks and not I have bugs. All was said you have a bag covering the whole and we will send pest control when they come. For a month this has been an inconvenience. The staff is always friendly and professional, which makes a big difference. I also appreciate how pet-friendly the community is—my dogs enjoy the open space. I’d love to see continued improvements like expanding the dog park or making it a one-size-fits-all space that accommodates both large and small dogs safely.
