Bad place
June 26, 2020They ask you to move-in right away but the unit is not ready yet. manager/assistant rely only what maintenance told them . they should check so they know if everything is done, I move with no door fix window . no door at the patio storage, and MANAGER (ARON) said its livable. the day I move in the maintenance guy is not done fixing the tub its still some crack on it. big dogs around (pitbull no leash ) dirty laundry . trash everywhere. I cant wait to move out . its a nightmare living in this ...place. I cant rate them one star they dont even deserve the one star.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
New Owner
March 19, 2018While we've lived here for almost 5 years and found the staff friendly, the complex was recently sold and new owner is raising our rent over $200 a month. Being on a fixed income makes it hard. While the buildings aren't in the best repair, we have no major complaints other than outdated storm windows that leak air during the winter and sagging foundation that messes with doors closing properly on the decks. Most buildings are two story, some are three.As one reviewer said, you never see security ...unless you call them. Washing machines are often out of order, no gym, sauna or other "amenities" to speak of and the pool is rarely open. I've not seen any large dogs, just small ones and cats. I don't know if I would really recommend these apts unless you are established with section 8 housing, otherwise, it's not worth the cost.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE!
May 12, 2016If anyone says this place is great they either are liars or work there, this apartment is gross, unclean, there is always cops there, people who have no respect for their neighbors smoking weed, breaking beer bottles. OMG! they have rats and roaches! this place needs to be shut down. and they main office staff is very rude and lazy when you request to get something fixed in the apartment they wait till they find some garbage to replace what was broken with something that is from another ...apartment. September 13, 2015my apartment was the best ive ever had.I was able to rearange my living room seven different ways.My bedroom could hold a king queen and a full size bed in it.my friends would tell me that i clean to much because i was always cleaning.waking up to a clean house is the best feeling in the morning.I really enjoyed my place because it looked like a different apartment every three weeks.thats when i changed it around.Review from Apartments.com

August 25, 2015They say pets 25 lbs or less they have people with pitbulls going to bathroom and tenants not cleaning. You ask for something to get fixed if your lucky and its a easy fix it will if not wait forever to get it fixed. Managers not professional and people watching when you leave so they can break in your home. Security funny no one ever sees them around one club house you can never use.
