Not A Good Place To Live

The company behind the property works at 2am 3am 5am and its extremely loud and has woken me up. Theres a very strong odor that emanates from the sand company behind the building that is extremely unbearable. Theres rabid coyotes howling on the property at 5pm in the spring when its light out. The main road wasn't plowed to get out of the apartment complex during the winter and the property didn't even shovel the sidewalks in front of the building. Fox news was out there with a camera and a ...
shovel shoveling a spot for their news anchor to stand. Theres homeless people who wonder around Shaws and the property. Theres visible cigarette smoke in the halls and in my unit. Theres not security cameras on the outside of the building which is extremely dangerous as Hyannis is the main business district of the cape

Moved in when the building was brand new about 6 months ago and have loved everything about it. Bryce, Matt & Andrea are incredible and truly make it feel like home, and a welcoming community. The grounds are beautiful and the dog park is a MAJOR bonus.
