People over 55 care about their properties and they seem to take good care of things and younger people don’t seem to care as much. No riffraff. We hope u continue to try and get older retired people .

Love that we have our own garage and our own Lanai and screened patio! The wall of doors lets us bring the outdoors inside anytime we want. Great community, wonderful staff and maintenance crew!
