December 20, 2025Wonderful community to live in! When we are in our home we can’t hear in outside noise, we feel like we are the only people in the world. Love that we have our own garage and our own Lanai and screened patio! The wall of doors lets us bring the outdoors inside anytime we want. December 5, 2025We love our home and the community the only issue is that the lawn people or the roof people have left trash all over the place which is a little annoying. October 9, 2025So far all is good. The staff have all been friendly and have answered our questions. Everything was nice and clean. I think a walk through would have been nice. We had to figure out the plugs. Also, a fan in the living room would have been nice. Can’t believe no fan was in the living room. Had to figure out some of the appliances. Never had gas. But it worked out. Our sales lady Alicia and the two maintenance guys are great.Property Manager Responded

September 29, 2025Units are filling up which is a good sign. We renewed our lease that had a small increase (not sure the reason). Has been a-lot of work replacing grass and repairing the curbs and roads. Only major sore point with us remains the lake area behind our unit. A company was secured in September to manage the lake to clean up and plant aquatic plants. This work has yet to begin and we are so looking forward to it. August 5, 2025The community is nice and very peaceful. However, the application process has been quite frustrating to say the least. There were glitches at all steps of this online process. There continue to be issues. One week here and we still have no access to our account and no way of setting up the app(s) for rent/water payments. After several requests for help with our issue, the information provided, left us in the same spot, nowhere. We signed our lease yet what we see on the limited access online, ...states that the application was cancelled. While the person at the concierge desk is a really nice person, she wears many hats and could use an assistant. My husband and I hope for all glitches to be resolved once and for all so that we can write a better review next time we’re asked.Property Manager Responded

Suggestions for potential improvement include fixing the existing landscaping and irrigation issues and installing the fountain in the water retention pond as was presented in discussions to many of us prior to our committing to come here.
