September 8, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThey look nice from the outside but once you drive in its a different story. The managers are very deceitful, they pretend to be nice until you get the apartment but once you sign your lease you're just another dollar sign. Apartments are very old, have not been updated at all not even new paint. If you have a maintenance issue you would do better fixing it yourself. There's only one trash dumpster in the entire complex, garbage is always piled up. Maintenance is almost nonexistent. The adults ...act worse than the children in the complex. For the price and what you have to deal with, the complex is cheap bad, not cheap good.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
