Mark11 Apartments Office
October 20, 2025I was kinda excited to speak with someone in the office this afternoon about the chance to rent one of the apartments at Mark 111. However, after a few questions being answered over the phone while knowing I was sitting right outside the office door left me confused. I have been to several apartment complexes in my life looking for a place to call home, but I have never been treated as rudely or disrespected more than I was today. Great Apartment Experience
February 22, 2016For the price, this is a wonderful one bedroom apartment. Before moving here, I toured almost every 1 bedroom apartment in Hattiesburg and this was by far the best option for me (and the largest apartment I found). I've lived here a year and it's a very quiet and safe community, the staff are extremely helpful and easy to work with, and the fact that it has a full laundry room with WD included can't be beat. It's less than 5 minutes away from USM and less than 10 minutes away from shopping and ...restaurants.
