Great place to live
May 5, 2025I’ve lived here for over 2 years. I don’t have any complaints at all. It’s new construction. The maintenance and upkeep is done as promised. It’s a beautiful place and convenient to Villages Charter school where we sent the kids to school. Enetra has been a constant here for the 2 years I’ve lived here. She is kind beyond words and is the best relationship I’ve ever had when renting somewhere. If I miss the mail she’s got me. If I’m strolling around lonely she lets me know what events are ...going on at Mark that evening. Great person that has made a great stay here even better.Property Manager Responded

The best staff
August 31, 2023Sherica was AMAZING throughout the whole application process. My application was a little tricky due to being self employed and she was there every step of the way. Answered EVERY question I had, kept in touch with me throughout all of it. And I was coming all the way from Missouri! I can't recommend Sherica and this place enough!
