March 3, 2023Market 100 is a calm, friendly community a perfect distance away from the traffic. Apart from some Ninja Roommate Wrangling the first year. I was able to clear the communal space and feel like I was building a "Home" The bad apples left, and I got paired with 2 wonderful guys that are students, along with the 4th dude who has become a sincere friend. So hard work and taking care of your space is not unnoticed and will be rewarded if you are sincere. I've never been happier in a rented ...apartment. After years of roommate and complex shenanigans. My last complex had a fancy pool and looked prettier but that just attracted tourists and noise. I've discovered I love the privacy and quietness of the Market 100 Pool better! There is very little noise from anywhere in the complex, and I barely hear my roommate's or apartment below. Hannah is Awesome. As well as the other ladies (names... sorry) who are doing a fine job running this place. Happy to be signed on for another year.Property Manager Responded
