Once they get your application, they do not notify you if it's rejected. They ...

1900 apartment review

Madison was my friend tour guide for today she was so sweet and understanding, but not only her the whole staff on shift made the whole process welcoming. I wasn’t even coming for an apartment and they made sure I was in the conversation too nobody was rude it was a pure act of service that wasn’t being rushed. If I had the money to move in I would due to how the staff carry themselves and the complex. Let’s not disregard the upkeep either it’s beautiful and worth the pay.

All of our experience has been with the new management and team, so we can’t speak to the old staff and policies. However, every interaction we have had with them has been WONDERFUL. We were making a big move and they made sure the apartment was ready for us on schedule…actually a few hours early.
The apartment’s cleanliness was IMMACULATE. There were a few minor issues with the apartment that we needed maintenance to come and fix, but they fixed them IMMEDIATELY and some issues are to be ...
expected when they are totally renovating all the apartments and grounds. The staff has always been prompt and very polite when answering questions. They gave us some wonderful homewarming goodies as well.
We loved our last place we lived in but it was much larger so maintenance and staff could take forever helping you. It’s nice to have the same quality of apartment as a larger complex while being taken care of as if it were a much smaller complex.
We narrowly missed a rent increase deadline when applying, so we were worried the rent would be much higher (our old place went up almost $50 every year), but we were pleasantly surprised by how reasonable their simple $20 increase was considering the current market—and it’s much less pressure than the surrounding competitors that have their rates change day-to-day.
This place is on the way up! Can’t wait for the new pool to open and the new fitness.center expansion!
