Great Place to Live!
January 27, 2023I have lived at Market West Apartments almost 3 years and have truly enjoyed it. Staff is awesome and buildings and amenities are kept very clean. Apartments are spacious and modern. No noise issues, nice and quiet with respectful residents. Great Middleton location minutes from Madison with lots of walkability and shopping. Many great walking, biking and hiking trails nearby. Loud - look at a different apartment complex instead’
March 14, 2020We’re not ones to leave a review usually, but feel the need to protect a sweet family like ours from moving in here... Read this if you have a baby or you would like to live in a quiet home! We relocated to Market West due to my husband’s job promotion.. and we’re moving out as soon as we can! Yikes! The apartments are acceptable and the staff is polite and responsive, but it is loud! Like college dorm loud! A lot of young single college grads with dogs live here, so if partying is your thing ...you’d love it here. Booming speakers and howling dogs. All day. And all night. The walls are paper thin. We can hear conversations and flushing toilets next door. Every cabinet slam and thump from neighbors shakes our shelves. Not exaggerating. (And we lived on the top floor... don’t even want to know how bad it is to be below people!) Forget it if you want to push a stroller through the courtyard without someone with three unleashed dogs getting way too close for comfort. Forget it if you want to put your baby down for a nap in your own home... not gonna happen. The neighbors will not stop bumping music. We had so many frustrating, sleepless nights here.. so let me save your family. PASS on touring Market West.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
