Great Maintenance Team
March 28, 2024I just recently moved in yesterday. Harold and Carl were great at providing fast and positive customer service regarding the maintenance issues. My thermostat wasn’t turning on, and the alarm system in my apartment was going off. They immediately helped me turn off the alarm system and showed me how to use it (even after hours). They came first thing in the morning to fix my thermostat. They also helped me with the cart to get my new bed up the ramp into the apartment complex. They were very ...helpful, but most importantly they both had positive attitudes the entire time.Property Manager Responded
