    As luck would have it, my wife and I landed at Marketplace Village Apartments here in Marietta. Although I had left Marietta and the US many years ago, coming back was made so easy and nice upon coming to these apartments. The sincere friendliness of all staff members, the immediate attention to any requirement or issue presented, and the quality of life we enjoy here are tantamount to living in a well organized, idyllic community full of peace, cleanliness, and joy.

    Great experience, easy move in, management and maintenance are great. I enjoy the quiet and peaceful ambiance, and I love the close proximity to the grocery stores, restaurants and other shops within walking distance. The amenities are a plus, the rewards is an awesome perk.

    Mi esposo y yo nos sentimos muy a gusto en Marketplace Village. Sentimos seguridad, tranquilidad, un lugar bonito y moderno. Lo único que no nos gusta es que no hay control para los dueños de mascotas en cuanto al aseo cuando, los perritos hacen sus necesidades y los dueños no recogen aun teniendo el dispensador y el bote a pocos pasos.

    I would rate Marketplace Village with 4 star rating. It’s in a great location. The building is relatively new and in excellent condition. This outweighs uncontrollable issues like noise and dealing with the homeless population.
