Fire alarms/ high levels of humidity in the apartment
July 26, 2024The fire alarms go off constantly in the wee hours of the night. Then after that they have to do additional fire alarm testing it's so bad no one leaves their apartment. There are high levels of humidity in the apartments and hallways for which I had to buy a dehumidifier. This place is poorly managed.Property Manager Responded

We do not recommend
June 20, 2024We have lived here for 7 months, we thought things would improve but they have not. The fire alarms go off regularly at 2am and then the next couple of days they go off regularly during the day for "testing" to see if the "fix" worked. It makes working-from-home very difficult. The garage is not secure as the garage doors have been broken for almost the whole time we have lived here - drug deals happen in the garage, people speed throughout the garage, people hang out in their cars and smoke weed ...- it is not a pleasant situation that does not feel safe. Marlow sure looks nice until you get beneath the surface and realize that it is far from ideal. No one follows the rules of not being in the sky terrace after 10p and there are no consequences.
