I've been at Marlowe for many years and it's the first place in Chicago that actually delivers on "luxury." The design is modern without feeling cold: floor-to-ceiling windows, designer kitchens, quartz countertops, and smart lighting that makes the place glow at night with the skyline. The staff is what sets it apart. Concierge knows my name, packages are in the smart locker as soon as I get the notification, and maintenance responds same day.
