March 19, 2026This is a friendly and absolutely amazing place to live at. The leasing managers Katja and Priscilla are fine ladies and Katja has been always helping since I started living here . My baby loves playing here in the playground. There are multiple grounds and family entertainment areas with beautiful sitting and kitchen arrangements. The pool area is beautiful. I celebrated my baby's first birthday outside the pool and it turned out to be a memorable one. The maintenance visits right after I ...submit a request and its usually resolved in 1 or 2 visits. The maintenance staff is respectable and trained well for all kinds of requests that I have submitted so far. This is a safe area and we can go out anytime in the evening and night. Publix, walmart and Aldi are a few minutes away. I highly recommend living at Marlowe GatewayProperty Manager Responded

December 30, 2025I signed my lease about a month ago and wasn’t able to tour my original unit because it was occupied. When I moved in, I found it faced the highway, and as someone very sensitive to noise, it immediately affected me. I could also clearly hear neighbors’ conversations through the walls. I spoke with Katja, who was understanding and helped get approval from her manager to move me to another unit, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, after transferring to a different unit in Marlowe, the noise ...has gotten worse. It has only been two nights in my new unit and i want to leave. Going from the top floor to having people above me has been a drastic change. I hear kids yelling and running in the halls, dogs barking constantly, loud footsteps, conversations, yawning, and drawers opening and closing. While the amenities are nice and I love the interior finishes, the walls feel extremely thin. The move-in process was smooth, but for anyone who is noise sensitive, run.Property Manager Responded
