June 16, 2025When I got to the reception to get my keys, I was greeted with a smile. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All my questions answered. My apartment was very clean when I got there. June 16, 2025I’ve really enjoyed living here! The apartment is clean, modern, and has everything I need. The location is great too — close to stores, restaurants, and not far from the beach (~30 min drive). The pool and gym are nice and always clean. April 19, 2025Overall, our experience has been pretty normal. You pay a lot for what you get, but otherwise we’ve liked living here. Neighbors can get pretty loud and there are some people who don’t seem to care about picking up after their dogs or keeping them on leash, but that’s apartment living I suppose.
