It’s in such a convenient location, close to supermarkets, stores, schools, attractions, and even the beaches. The area is quiet, peaceful, and welcoming, and it feels so refreshing to be away from the hustle and bustle of a busy city. September 24, 2025It is a nice community. The bugs seem to be an issue but that is probably related to me being on the first floor. I also find the pool area used for many partiies over the weekend with music being played over the music piped in people eating by the pool deck or in the water. The other day I went to relax and there were empty water bottles and cheetos all over the floor. Not sure how that can be controlled as the staff can't babysit but would have hoped that residents take pride in their ...community. The maitenance staff is wonderful and I know they are alway in the community doing somethign and the 2x I requested service they were quick to respond handled professionally!Property Manager Responded
