October 17, 2023I spent 12 months here and enjoyed it. Only moved away due to work relocation. Simple apartment, large bedroom, great location, peaceful place, no one will bother you. Management is responsive and easy to work with. Glad I moved here when I did.Review from Apartments.com

Go Elsewhere!
March 2, 2016Poor property management a state away (NY). They do not return your calls in a timely manner. Poor maintenance of the property. They don't care what type of people they rent to as long as the units are filled. They tried to sue 8 of their tenants because they said they were all behind a couple months rent but it was really due to poor accounting on the property management part. All these tenants had to prove by banking statements they paid their rent. The Marlton area has many options, I ...would shop around!Property Manager Responded
March 3, 2019It is a shame you had a bad experience, the previous owners were in NYC and were not the best managers. The new owners are wonderful! They have renovated the units and they are gorgeous, competitive with anything you will find in Marlton in the price range. Things have changed a tremendous amount in the three years since this review was written.
