June 30, 2025I have loved living at the Marq. The office staff with Amanda, Gina and Jake are excellent and really care About the residents.The new maintenance crew is also friendly,efficient and so necessary here.Being 9 years plus living here various things pop up that need replacing Happy to finally see the corridors,walls and rugs being painted and updated. In great need, A step in the right direction if we want to call these Luxury Apartments with all the competition. Next , the mail room is a disaster. ...Very frustrating the time needed to find a package. Also the trash situation needs help. June 7, 2025All staff members are great! 3 years here now and the office staff and the maintenance staff have been outstanding! The building is welcoming, clean and always cheerful The gym is very well set up and has all equipment I may need! May 31, 2025Overall great place to live. Apartments are nice as is the location. Sound proofing could be a lot better as I often hear my upstairs neighbor walking around. They also just keep on building more and more buildings around the area which isn’t great… going to eventually get too busy for its own good.
