March 29, 2024We love the modern design of the properties, and have had a great experience with the property manager, who has been receptive to feedback and proactive in helping resolve issues. Not worth it
February 1, 2022The complex looks great from the outside, but inside was rushed and cheaply done. Unit was covered in dry wall dust and dirt when I moved in, not one thing was cleaned. The complaints about the noise are so true! You can hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors. I’ve never lived in an apartment where the floors and walls were this thin. I expected SO much more considering the price of the units here. Disappointed so far. The leasing office is very nice! But no amount of niceness can change the fact ...these units were so cheaply and poorly built. If I had known this before I would have kept looking elsewhere for the price you pay here.Property Manager Responded

Not worth the money.
January 9, 2022Don’t be fooled by the pictures or friendliness of the staff. That place is trash. Very loud, dog barking all the time, you hear neighbors talk, if you’re in a sub unit you will hear people above you walk on the floor as if they were wearing wooden shoes in their units. Water infiltration, poor customer service, construction staff enter units without notice and without permission. Save yourself the trouble and keep scrolling.Property Manager Responded

Not worth the money.
January 9, 2022Poor architecture. Very loud units, cheap appliances, and a bunch of issues that remains unresolved. Management keeps bouncing the ball back to the construction company who will just enter your unit without permissions or notification. When complaining to the managers they say it’s not their fault, they’re not responsible for the construction company. They advertise as a cute and quiet life in the valley but it’s nothing like that.
