    Appreciate all the changes that this management has done. I think the only issue in which I have not noticed a change is in parking enforcement. A lot of cars parked do not have stickers and it makes it hard for us that arrive late from work and need parking. Patrol is never around enforcing parking and many residents have more than 2 cars.

    Parking needs to be more organized/enforced. Too many large dog breeds in building some bark as soon as they see another dog and pull from their owners.

    I have no complaints . I just moved in. My area is very quiet. I love how Marquess is very clean. And it comes with a gym and pool. And most of all I have a garage to park my car.

  • They promise to fix things, once u become a resident they close work orders

    once you sign they do not care at all. They say yes we will fix that no problem we will take care of it. Once u move in they close your work orders without feedback. No one knows whats going on. Then they blame it on the old property management but its them. The apartment is trash. Residents just leave their trash on the sidewalk, don't pick up after pets. Tennis court nets have never been replaced poop all over the court. Pools are always dirty. Apartments are so old and they just Mickey Mouse ...

I was set up with an appointment immediately was able to come in toward two different layout of the apartments. Submitted my application online was contacted immediately upon approval was able to sign my lease online last minute. I decided I wanted a bigger apartment. I contacted them. They made the arrangements very easy and Convenient was able to re-sign that lease for the ...
    new apartment get everything scheduled and set up on moving day was greeted by Aron It was very professional, very polite walked me through my apartment, pulled out a couple little things that she noticed needed to be fixed. I had even noticed they were already fixed any little things that I have found and contacted them. I’ve been addressed immediately. I’m In a great location, amenities are to my liking my area is quiet. The few residents I have come in contact with are very polite overall very satisfied.

  • Major Homeless Problem

    January 10, 2024
    I have been a long time resident and have made many complaints regarding homeless people using amenities at the apartment. They come after hours and use the grills (using natural gas residents are billed for) and shower in the pool and jacuzzi. I have photographed them many times doing drugs and I can confidently say they are living out of the bathrooms by the pool. Police and Marquessa will not do anything but rent still increases. Work all week long and be woken up by screaming homeless playing ...
