The building's equipment is damaged and the office staff treats residents very badly.

Think carefully before renting here. My air conditioning has been broken for a week now, and when you go to the office, the staff treat you terribly, telling you not to come back and that it's not their problem. What's more, this is the third time this month the air conditioning has broken down, and no one is taking responsibility.
