March 4, 2022Chuck in maintenance is absolutely amazing and you can ask anyone there. He is so friendly and fast with requests. The ladies in the office are nothing but helpful and nice. The apartment itself was beautiful with minimal issues over my 2 years there. The only thing is how the old ladies think they run the place but I thought there was a good mix of families, young working, and even met a student in my building. Overall, I would highly recommend marquis place to friends and family.Property Manager Responded
