November 7, 2024If I could give this place less than one star I would. THIS WAS THE STATE OF MY APARTMENT THE DAY THAT I MOVED IN! They had an entire mattress AND box spring set left in the apartment from the previous tenants. Both of the bathrooms were filthy. The tubs were grey and black with dirt. They didnt have any one come and clean so I had to get on my hands and knees for two days making sure it was livable, because they didnt allow us to tour the apartment before we moved in. The pool is disgusting, its ...constantly getting drained and I see the residents cleaning and skimming it daily. It was almost green with filth one day. The gym is tiny and you cant go in there if theres more than 2 people, and they wont let you switch off the fans? I was charged over $700 after I moved out, when that was the state that I moved into. I would seriously look into living anywhere else because the office staff DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOU! Do better Hilda!!!!Property Manager Responded

Outstanding experience and location
June 20, 2021The office and maintenance staff (Hilda, Zoe, Kathy, Brad, etc) went above and beyond to accommodate my family when we needed to move to a larger unit to immediately bring my mother in law to live with us. They were always friendly, professional, and responsive. Move in and move out were painless and communication was prompt. Marquis Sonoran Preserve was the only complex in Phoenix we actually toured when moving from out of state because it immediately felt like home. September 29, 2017This is my first apartment. I have always had a home. I choose to live here because of the friendly staff. When looking I meet with Zoe and she was so pleasant and helpful I remembered this place out of the ones I saw. I could have live anywhere from Queen Creek to here. I looked at over fifty places on- line and toured a dozen. It was a great choice considering all the packages that I order and are delivered to the office, I get to see the staff often. When looking remember that you will have ...to interact with management often. The property is safe and quiet. The groundskeepers are out every morning picking up after rude people that apparently were never taught any manners. If a tenant thinks that the place is a mess they might consider bending over and picking up some of the trash. The property does special events for the tenants. The apartments are designed in a way that they feel more like a home. The gym is great. I love the dog park. I have met several tenants in my area because of having to walk the dog. I have only met one tenant that was not nice but after continually being pleasant to him he is more agreeable. Im a Hermit, I love it, but rent is a bit high.
August 10, 2015It's quiet and clean with great views of the never ending desert. Besides the Harley riders with their sociopathic-level exhaust, it's peaceful and relaxing. I have a garage and look North out my windows in the morning as I sip coffee before work. My neighbor is hot but I think she hates me because sometimes my knee cramps at night and I hit the ground as if I've been hit by shrapnel and she lives right below me. A place to call home.
July 27, 2015Belara is a place to call home. I am going on my 3rd year of living at Belara and there is really no other place i'd rather live. After going thru a divorce, the whole transition on being on my own and becoming a single parent, Belara staff was there for me with open arms. From the first time I walked thru their doors to today I can always guarantee a greeting or warm smile from their staff and not only that but they went out of their way to assist me in my transition in finding me a great ...apartment. I always feel safe knowing that the staff is always there and during off hours, there's also security around. Their grounds are always cleaned and well maintained.
