Lovely Property

The staff was very kind and really very helpful especially a young lovely lady by the name of Risa. She was extremely helpful and because of that Marquis is on my list of possible locations. Probably the best option to save money
February 24, 2019I moved here Fall 2017. It was a bit of an improvement from my previous place and I also saved a bit each money. There were issues early on with a number of bad tenants and staffing issues. I had to call the cops on my neighbors several times. I saw the cops on the property either at that place or another unit about every other week. To make matters worse, the walls (and floors!) have atrocious sound insulation so I felt like I was a part of every fight. I also got a good whiff every time they ...smoked their weed. Risa was professional in dealing with the problems. We also had some turnover in the office staff during that time, and our current leasing team is great. I was on the fence about renewing the lease, but I was offered an excellent renewal deal, probably because they were prioritizing keeping their good tenants. We decided to renew, and the second year has been MUCH better. The sound insulation issues are still a problem, but it’s not as big of an issue if your neighbors aren’t scum. Overall I’m looking forward to being able to afford a higher quality living arrangement, but if I had to go back and do it again I would still pick Marquis at Perimeter. Marquis at perimeter
October 8, 2015We have lived here for almost two years and we can say that we like it very much. There are wide open spaces, and a lake with a beautiful fountain, and friendly neighbors abound. The apartment complex is very family friendly, and you can regularly find children playing outside in the grassy areas. We also find it a safe place to raise kids and keep the outdoors close as well.Review from Apartments.com
Living nice But our neighbor
July 28, 2015Love love love this apartment. Moved in a few month ago and have been in love ever since. If any issue arise they come asap to fix it. Only thing are my neighbors. They have a toddler and a new born. All you hear is running and crying. Then on top of that they never sit down. All you hear is some one walking around all night and I am really sensitive to noise. I'm cool with 11-12 am you know but when it get into 1-3 in the morning we have an issue. They also had a nerve to tell us to turn down ...our TV one night around 8 pm because their kid needed sleep when she was running around about 10 that night anyways.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great management!
August 28, 2015The management here is awesome! Always polite and quick to assist. The apartment is older and there are small issues, like your occasional leaky sink or our doorknob to our closet fell off. Maintenance is quick to answer and fix any issues. Basically, if you're over the cookie-cutter, terrible customer service, big "box store" apartment, this might be the place for you!Review from Apartments.com
