I first want to say Marquis at Sugarloaf was my dream apartment. Sadly I am giving an exit review. In my departure I want to thank Nisha, Aaron, & Manny for making me feel like family and my stay feel like HOME!! I loved my 3 bedroom apt and the staff was amazing. I planned on staying here for a loooong time but God had other plans and with that being said I want to say goodbye to the complex but so long until we meet again to the staff. I've lived here since late 2013 and I love the convenience of having some of the utilities billed w/my rent. I don't love the limited choices of cable providers (AT&T and Dish) but the office staff is always friendly and attentive. All maintenance issues have been resolved quickly, so I plan to renew my lease a second time.
