Plumbing issues

I would not recommend this apartment complex based on my experience. The property has ongoing plumbing issues that caused damage to my personal belongings and the flooring in my apartment. Dealing with property damage is stressful enough, but the way management handled the situation made it even more frustrating.

transfer fees as well as the costs of transferring my utilities and other services. Those expenses should not fall on residents when the need to relocate is caused by issues with the property.
Management is also very aggressive when it comes to collecting rent and enforcing payment deadlines, yet that same urgency is missing when it comes to resolving serious maintenance problems. Residents are expected to meet every obligation on time, but management does not appear to hold itself to the same standard when repairs and resident concerns are involved.
I expected better communication, accountability, and customer service. Renters deserve a safe, well-maintained home and a management team that takes responsibility when property issues cause damage and disruption. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend living here.
