Stay clear
January 21, 2026I had my car towed when I had a temp tag in it they didn't care. The parking is also so tight get used to scratches on doors. I've had packages stolen, with horrible noisy neighbors 24hrs a day. I also gave them a 60 day notice and they still sent me a bill for 900 bucks after I spent all day cleaning this studio size apt. September 16, 2013I have lived here for about a month. The apartments are beautiful and the residents all seem very friendly. The appliances and layout of apartments are awesome. This is one of the best apartments I have ever lived in. The lake view is absolutely beautiful!!! I would highly recommend this place. The office staff is awesome and very professional. They even go as far to leave a welcome gift for you in your apartment upon move in. Very thoughtful indeed! May 14, 2014I first moved to Verona in July 2011 and lived here for 2 years. After 2 years I was feeling that I could not justify the expense for a 2 bedroom apartment even though I ALWAYS loved living here. Several new complexes were being built in the area so I decided to move to another brand new complex. BIG MISTAKE. I hated all of it! There is nothing that measure up to Verona at the Reserve. 8 months later, and I just moved back 2 weeks ago and absolutely love it. I don't know what I was thinking ...moving out to begin with. Everything at this property is thought of. The staff is great, apartments are very nice, grounds are well kept. The people living here are friendly and socialize. The amenities are to die for!
