December 28, 2020Have lived at Evans Ranch for over a year now & I can say it's been wonderful as I'm perfectly satisfied on all fronts & would recommend this place to anyone! Not only are the interior of the apartments beautiful with painted walls & detailed crown molding but felt warm & welcoming from the get go. Much of that can be credited to staff as they are always friendly & helpful, with the maintenance crew always waving when passing by! Any questions & work orders are always resolved in a timely ...fashion. There were constant maintenance checks with my last residence & am glad this isn't the case here. The community itself also contributes to the homey, pleasant atmosphere as residents regularly put up decorations w/ the seasons/holidays & it is quiet w/ regards to the noise level which is a MUST for me. The pool area is BEAUTIFUL which is nice given that it can be taken advantage of most of the year. The only suggestion I have is that the gym could maybe be spruced up a bit with maybe a fresh coat of paint or a new piece of equipment or 2 but other than that, everything is PERFECT! Upon landing at Evans Ranch, the grounds and clubhouse were simply warm and inviting..."Country", like me. August 4, 2020Evans Ranch is a quiet community which is great for people who like peace and quiet. People are respectful here and its a nice community. The dog owners are NOT so respectful of others by not picking up after their dogs. Maintenance constantly and consistently has to pick up for others. Generally its a clean community. Its easy access in and out of the community. Staff is wonderful and maintenance are also ever so nice! Always positive with a smile. I would recommend this property.
