I stopped last week to inquire about a 2 bedroom apartment. I spoke to Morgan. She was incredibly friendly and gave me a tour of the facility. She was so thorough and helpful. Definitely a beautiful, clean, well maintained apartment complex. I received emails in a very timely manner from Morgan after I left. Very Professional and easy to work with.

We've lived here since 2014. We have not had any issues that weren't swiftly addressed by management. When our AC went out last summer and wasn't able to be fixed same day, I came home to a temporary window unit already cooling my apartment. The furnishings are high quality and the grounds are kept nice. The pool and workout room are great too. It is also very quiet here, which is important to me because I'm a full time student. Bixby PD do a great job at keeping the area quiet and safe. The ...
location is great- we are within walking distance from a park, splash pad and bike trail. Downtown Bixby is just a minute away and there are restaurants, pharmacy, QT, and grocery store across the street. Management is super friendly and always helpful, even after hours. I've lived at different apartment homes in the area and by far the Marquis on Memorial fits my needs for upscale home amenities without the inflated cost. I have lived at the Marquis Apartments for a little over a year. I have also lived at Links and Encore in Bixby and Marquis, hands down, has been the best living experience!!! I absolutely love this place!! Not only are the apartments clean and updated with granite and wonderful living space but management also strives to keep the grounds clean and safe! I have a son and I have never felt comfortable with him playing outside. At Marquis this has not been an issue. They have a wonderful court yard ...

We had to move to an apartment for a short term due to our house being remodeled. We could not have picked a better apartment to call home in our short time we have been here. The apartment came fully furnished and is very luxurious. The grounds are very nice, the people are friendly and I can't say enough about how quiet it is here. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. Whether you need a short term place or long term place, Marquis on Memorial is fantastic.

I moved here with my husband in November and the move in process was easy and quick thanks to the property manager, Garett. Maintenance is quick and tends to any issues either the same day or next day after submitting a work order. The apartments are updated and beautiful both inside and out.
