    We have lived here for a year. The prior owners cleaned out office staff and were really making headway. In September, this new company bought it. No one in office for weeks, at one point phone lines disconnected. Maintenance men always at their own houses. been 3 months waiting on bug man and leak to be fixed. hired own bug man. they shut down online payments, MO only. MAGICALLY, they lost the money orders. not just for me, but multiple tenants. TERRIBLE> RUN.
