I love it here!
January 19, 2026I moved in late summer and I could not be happier and I want to remain here for as long as they'll let me. I think the rate of the apartment is very reasonable. It's so safe. Gabby is the sweetest thing you can approach her with anything. Claudia is kind and the two guys that are maintenance. We couldn't ask for better. They are so polite so nice. It is safe here it is peaceful. I have a screened in back porch that I love to sit on with my dog and look over a lagoon. I've been in Hilton head for ...a little over two years and the best thing I ever did was live and move into Marsh Point. if you have the slightest issue, they answer it immediately they have gatherings with the residents can come and gather together beautiful pool. They have an extra large washer and dryer. If you have big bedding, a weight room I couldn't be happier. There's not one negative thing I have to say and I speak very honestly because where I came from wasn't quite like that this place is perfect. how often they have pesticide come in and everything they keep track of it. Nice Property.. tucked away in the Marsh
January 15, 2026Did a visit here recently and the staff was amazing.. The office personnel was busy so the manager it took time out of her busy day to do a walkthrough with me. Her name was Gabrielle I believe. She was very professionally friendly, knowledgeable and informative. The property is pass the first bridge to get to hilton head island but right before the main bridge to get to the beach area. It's tucked away in an area next to restaurants, gas stations and other options before you cross the bridge. ...The scenery is nice if you enjoy wildlife. The apartments are updated and they have a pool. I observed people walking around and enjoying life with kids and pets. They have a large field areas for play with pet's or friends. Across from the main office. About 3 ponds to enjoy scenery and other water wildlife. Hope to see you around. If you choose this location to be your home as well.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Avoid!
September 26, 2020Haven’t had a working refrigerator since June (now 4 months). Constantly back and forth with new excuses from the office. AC has had issues and is now non-functioning. Hasn’t been addressed. Emergency work orders do nothing. Took 6 months when I first moved in to even get kitchen cabinets. Pest control never comes.Review from Apartments.com

Parking Sucks!
November 30, 2017Management refuses to do anything about occupants who abuse the parking by bringing in multiple vehicles. Every time I leave for work I have to wonder if I will have a space when I get back home. Also, they refuse to fix anything. I have complained about a roof leak since I have been here. The ceiling is leaking, the knockdown is literally coming off of the ceiling. We told management about it in May, Even showed pictures of it, this is November and still nothing has been done.Property Manager Responded
