Not the best....but not the worst.
August 19, 2020These apartments are cheap, but they definitely don't make the most pleasant living experience. Location is great if you need to get downtown quickly, but other than that the only close grocery store is Russ's and you have to drive 20 minutes for other shopping. The management company is questionable. They never have anyone from the office on site (the sister complex in Folsom Ridge, so if you need anything you have to drive over there). We were promised some things before we moved in that were ...not fulfilled. There is ALWAYS trash and cigarette butts scattered around the buildings. We could constantly hear our neighbor across the hallway blaring screamo music. Maintenance is nice, but they are slow and do work-around fixes that most likely won't solve the problem. We had a leak in our ceiling, and they essentially just waited for it to stop leaking. They never patched the ceiling or painted (it is super discolored and clearly wearing thin). We also had a water condensation issue where our carpet was getting wet and they had to come back 5 times to fix it correctly. They do allow dogs, which is great, and most of the complex residents are friendly and nice (aside from the few who litter and throw their cigarettes everywhere).
