March 30, 2022Do not live here unless you have no choice. The property managers don't care about tenant well-being or maintenance issues. The other tenants regularly cause sewer backups that prompt the property manager to threaten to charge the entire building with the plumbing costs. There is always a disgusting smell in the hallway, which is rarely cleaned, and they often let the washing machine fill up with quarters so it's unusable. They also only provide one set of laundry machines for a building with ...eight units. The apartments don't cool in summer except in the one room with the air conditioner and the heating controls are designed so that you can never get a good temperature and you have to constantly change the temperature.
