NOT A SMOKE FREE COMPLEX
December 14, 2023NOT A SMOKE FREE COMPLEX: So I've lived here for several months now, and I'm extremely disappointed to find that this is not a smoke free community. I specifically inquired about a smoke free clause upon signing my lease and was told that yes, this is a smoke free community, and I as well as all members of this community have signed a smoke free addendum upon move in. I've had an issue with individuals smoking in my complex for several months now, and I've reached out to management about it 9 ...times now, and nothing has been done. They continue to tell me they are "expediting the process" all the while nothing is occurring, the hallways still wreak, and the neighbors are still extremely inconsiderate. I've had to run air purifiers and my electric bill is ATROCIOUS due to this issue, and the management company's efforts to "resolve the situation" are futile. Extremely disappointed in Martins Point and BH management. If you are looking for a smoke free apartment community, take my advice and look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

September 7, 2022Overall, Martin's point is a nice area, and seems to have polite residents. The large hotel looking building nearby has partys sometimes which are quite loud. The apartment I moved into was also disgustingly dirty. Besides that it is a good place.Property Manager Responded
