1970's prefab meets the location of your dreams
July 22, 2015This apartment, built sometime in the that distinguished and elegant decade known as the 1970's, features original appliances and a faux fireplace that doubles as an electric heater to boot. It is approximately 900 square ft. with two bedrooms and a one bath. Although, I wouldn't call this apartment a luxury home, I cannot speak enough about what we all pay for: location. It is a few blocks from beautiful Colonel Summer's Park in the much sought after Buckman neighborhood of the inner southeast. ...It's proximity to major bus lines, many restaurants on both Hawthorne and Belmont and the busy nightlife of both boutique and dive bars make it easy for any renter to overlook the vinyl siding of its exterior. Additionally, there is laundry on premises and all utilities besides electricity are covered (all appliances run on electricity, but hey take it where you can get it, right?) This apartment is perfect for somebody who wants to be near all the city's amenities but isn't at a place in life to rent that big beautiful penthouse in the sky, just yet.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
