Maintenance The most what I love about this Apartment is when I submitted work orders it doesn’t take long for them to come fix it I submitted today and they came fix it the next day right away. Also the people’s that who work in office are nice, fast respond and well communicated with tenants.

Emergency services I am impressed how they handle emergencies situation at my community it is quick and efficient
A pipe burst at my unit while I was going work I called the number after a minute the guy was knocking at my door and left everything clean like nothing ever happened.

Excellence Maintenance Service Maintenance did an awesome job fixing my kitchen sink. Water was coming out from the bottom and there was a bad smell.
Every time I submitted a maintenance request, they came right away and fixed the problem quickly. They were professional, kind, and very helpful.

The move-in process was smooth. The welcome home whiteboard on the fridge and a gift was a good touch. there were minor issues in apartment, but nothing that can’t be fixed. I was able to move in 24 hours before my actual move-in date which was a plus. Aromonee was a blast to work with very professional and accommodating.
