October 23, 2024Property Declining I have been a resident at Martinique Terrace for 18 years and I'm sorry to say that it's not as nice as it used to be. The grounds are always full of trash, water bottles, candy wrappers, glass bottles, not to mention the area around the dumpsters are filthy. Children are running free without supervision, in and out of the parking lot, in front of cars. The management sends emails and text messages to the residents advising us of the rules and the consequences if not ...followed, but there seems to be no follow through. I really do like my apartment but am very saddened by the lack of respect for the property from the residents and lack of follow through by management.Property Manager Responded
