Hi…just picked up my keys yesterday. But so far, everyone has been very friendly, attentive, responsive, wonderful. I did a walk thru a couple of weeks earlier, had some concerns about the house. They were all fixed! Never did anyone tell me I was being obsessive. I totally appreciate everyone involved with the initial application/approval process and then the onboarding. I feel like I’m welcomed in this small community!

Living at Martinique at Lakewood Ranch has been a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, Chris and Brandon provided exceptional service and support, making the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. They were always responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about ensuring everything went perfectly. The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and truly feels like home.

Great place. Only two downfalls for being a resident here, One the amenity is a pool, which is a bummer but clubhouse is projected to open in the summer of 25 and the other is that this area is still getting developed so there’s not much around but it’s growing. Love the unit if I could buy it I Would.
