April 10, 2026I love all of the amenities in the neighborhood as a whole, but the Management could do more for their residents. Since I moved into this unit, my AC has been broken. The only thing that has been done is a mobile unit in the window window doesn’t adequately work. They constantly send maintenance men to to check on my AC, but it requires far more attention. June 20, 2023Poor management. Takes multiple trys to receive any response from management. No compensation was given after finding mold. Management takes no responsibility for any issue like dog poop or lack of security such as cameras or a working gate after having multiple vehicle break-ins. Management gives no warning or consideration like asking tenants to move their outdoor personal belongings inside for pressure washing once 6 of 8 building were completed.
