February 25, 2026?????????? – Truly Love Living Here! I absolutely love living at Mason at Alameda Station! My experience has been amazing from start to finish. The staff is professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful — they really make you feel valued as a resident. My unit is beautiful, modern, and exactly what I was hoping for. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and comfortable. On top of that, the rental special I received was incredible and made my decision even easier. At move-in, I did have a ...small issue with my bathroom water not running hot and a couple minor things that needed attention, but maintenance is spectacular. They responded quickly, handled everything professionally, and made sure it was fully resolved. Since then, I’ve had zero problems. Their follow-through really stood out to me. And the amenities? So good. The rooftop chill deck is such a vibe, the club room and spa area are beautiful, and the pool is perfect for relaxing. They also have a dog run with a grooming station (which is amazing if you have pets!) and even a zen garden that makes the community feel peaceful and elevated. Overall, I couldn’t be happier living here. Great staff, great maintenance, beautiful amenities — it truly feels like home.Property Manager Responded

February 23, 2026This place great on paper but really it's plagued with adminstrative problems that made moving in a painful experience and continues to cause issues. Between our key fobs randomly losing access to the system, the busted jets in the hot tub, and the slow repairs on the elevators, it just feels like there isn't enough staff and support for such a large complex.Property Manager Responded

September 22, 2025The management is rude, uncaring, and makes me feel like my life doesn't matter...especially if I'm late for a payment. The maintenance is even worse, doesn't provide any commjnication, doesn't provide any information and doesn't fix any of the issues that are existing they just put bandaids on it. June 11, 2025The request that I put in was initialized within 24 hours, and he was able to come in and fix my issue within 7 minutes. The whole interaction took less than 10 minutes, and he showed me how to prevent the issue from happening again. But essentially, we reset the AC unit because it was not blowing air at the normal rate, and a quick little reset fixed it all up!Property Manager Responded

June 10, 2025I experienced an issue with my AC not working and general maintenance tried to resolve it but were unsuccessful. I got updates from Alex and Jonathan (both fantastic too) but their hands were tied with the process. About a week into this issue, Laura stepped in. She either called or texted me every single day with updates, plans in place and just general check-in. This is beyond the call of duty and her empathy is unmatched. She worked relentlessly on this issue and I knew exactly what was ...happening every step of the way.
