Our yoga room, hardwood indoor basketball court and 24-hour fitness areas have everything you need to stay fit. With multiple private study rooms, state-of-the-art conference rooms, various lounges and living areas and high-speed internet throughout the entire building, you’ll never be without a place to study and get work done. When it’s time to relax, you’ll find an outdoor lounge and patio area, a recreational room with pool tables and ping pong, and plenty of room to just hang out and get to know your fellow residents. When you look back on your student living experience, it should be full of incredible memories, not all those times you experienced FOMO while stuck in your lackluster dorm room. That’s why we built a community of apartments on Chestnut Street near UPenn and Drexel University that deliver more ways to enjoy every day of your college experience. Not a suitable place to live

First, sometimes the WiFi just lost for at least hours, or one or two days.
Second, There is no A/C even when it is hot outside.
Third, elavtor has been out of service for several months.

This apartment has the best location in such a way that you can see the nearest city from every angle you are in the apartment, elevators working properly, apartment very clean, shower and heater working properly. I would really recommend here for anyone
