February 10, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comLiving downtown Lowell definitely has its downsides, but Mass Mills has been great. My apartment is huge, it overlooks the river and is so convenient to everything downtown. If you don’t like the noise and stuff that goes on, maybe move to a quieter area but don’t blame the apartment complex. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for that downtown lifestyle.Property Manager Responded

No AC, No Heat, No Hot Water
June 17, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comMake sure to buy your own AC unit, electric heater, and earplugs before moving in. You won't have heat in the summer, the AC will stop working randomly, and you'll hear dogs barking and children screaming all day. Also, be prepared to lose hot water periodically. Mail will get lost, elevators will break, and it seems there hasn't been any updates to the utilities since the 80's when it opened.

August 11, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThis is a perfect place if you are a student because most of the colleges in Lowell are within 5 mins walking distance from here. The place is also in downtown Lowell which means easy access to all essential amenities and restaurants or bars. they have a small gym facility within the office building and a pool too. There are two block building with 4 floors and over 500 different apartments in total. If you hate a lot of neighbors this is not the place for you. The noise doesn't make it easy ...sometimes too because it's right in downtown Lowell and it's very busy.Read More
