Not worth the stress – tenant accountability is backwards here.
July 1, 2025I’m giving The Masters Apartments one star because of how poorly management handles tenant concerns—especially when it comes to safety and fairness. I received a noise violation for an incident I actually reported. An unwanted and uninvited individual came to my door, caused a scene, and I did everything right—kept my door closed, did not engage, and immediately notified management. Still, I was the one punished. Another tenant came out and escalated the situation, yet I’m the one with the ...violation on my record? It feels like they hand out violations without properly reviewing what happened, and that’s incredibly frustrating. It sends the message that even if you follow the rules and try to protect yourself, you’ll still be held responsible for things you didn’t cause. March 9, 2016This apartment has very bad... 1.cheap manager 2. old building 3.bad neighbors 4.very noisy 5.all kind of mold 6.dirty place outside & inside 7.building hasnt good place for playing childeren 8.office very small and very cheap 9.gym is very small and very old device 10. has not enough speace parking lot 11. if you want leave you must to pay 2monthes rent penalty 12. they never refund your security deposite ... ... and so more problems... big problemsReview from Apartments.com
