I’m giving The Masters Apartments one star because of how poorly management handles tenant concerns—especially when it comes to safety and fairness. I received a noise violation for an incident I actually reported. An unwanted and uninvited individual came to my door, caused a scene, and I did everything right—kept my door closed, did not engage, and immediately notified management. Still, I was the one punished.
Another tenant came out and escalated the situation, yet I’m the one with the ...
violation on my record? It feels like they hand out violations without properly reviewing what happened, and that’s incredibly frustrating. It sends the message that even if you follow the rules and try to protect yourself, you’ll still be held responsible for things you didn’t cause.
If you’re looking for a place that listens to tenants, values context, and handles safety concerns with care, this isn’t it.
