        I lived here for a year. My car was stolen because they don't have security measures. People are smoking weed in the corridors. At the end they have sent my deposit to someone else because they messed the email address. Avoid this place!

        Great location, nice community and well maintained . I have lived here a couple of months now and honestly I don’t regret it at. Big shout to Caitlyn and Siggy at the leasing Office. They made my move-in so seamless. Their level of professionalism, kindness and understanding is exceptional. Thank you Ladies! The Maintenance team is top notch, I had put in 2 different maintenance request and I got a swift response and the issue was resolved. Matthews Square is the place to be!

        Before Greystar took over the management of our apartment community, we received a monthly bill for rent and utilities that was generally consistent, with only small variations depending on our water usage. Since Greystar became the management company, additional charges and billing adjustments have been appearing on our account on a regular basis, increasing the total amount due.         Great place to live, quiet in the residence, easy to make home. Only thing I wish is that every building was designed like the main one around the pool instead of just the traditional walk up to the door with bugs and debris along the steps, I wish there was a buzz in for all the buildings with heightened security

        Matthews square is great! Super accommodating, friendly and full of great amenities. Side note: The maintenance team is the best; Hard working and go out of their way to ensure any and every job is done well, plus some. Rey and Shariff are the best maintenance techs I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Been here 2 years, possibly going on 3. My girlfriend and and I are super pleased with everything Matthews square has to offer… whether the staff, amenities or community itself!
