June 25, 2017Worst office staff ever! They keep the blinds down all the time to not be bothered by residents. When they do have to come in contact with the residents they are rude and spiteful. Teresa in the office is the most rude person I've ever came in contact with. She should not be around all those residents. She's not a people person. She hates life and hates everyone around her.
