A Great Value; Convenient Location!
February 19, 2019Since new ownership took over in July 2018, the Alpine Vista Apartment community has undergone major improvements, including newly renovated apartments with garages, modern upgrades around the exterior of the property (new roof, paint, asphalt, fencing, lighting) and amenity upgrades, including hosted Community Events, a Dog Park, and a BBQ/Lounge area. It's close proximity to 580/238/185 is also really convenient!Review from Apartments.com
Awesome Property
August 14, 2017I have lived at Alpine Vista for over 2 years, now going on 3. What I most like about this property is the claim welcoming community that we have here. Not only is Ruben an awesome manager to have but our maintenance crews work day and night, in keeping our grounds and laundry-rooms clean. Love the improvements in the last few years.
